Does this bike arrive fully assembled?
The delivery condition varies depending on the model: Some bikes are delivered pre-assembled by the manufacturer and go straight into shipping. For others, we handle the pre-assembly ourselves in our workshop, which extends the delivery time accordingly (e.g., Focus, Cube, BMC, Cervélo, and Flyer).
For our limited models Roadmachine LTD and Atlas LTD, further steps are required, such as wrapping the handlebar tape (you will find a video about this in the description). Please always check the product description of the respective model directly to see which manual steps are still required.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time varies depending on the bike model. If no additional pre-assembly in our workshop is required, it takes about 3 to 6 working days. If the bike needs to go through pre-assembly before shipping, the time is extended to approximately 7 to 9 working days. Please always check the exact details directly on the product detail page of your desired model.
How much does shipping cost for this bike?
As bulky goods, we charge €59 for shipping within Germany and €79 to Austria, France, Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
How do I find the right frame size?

What is the difference between a commercial warranty and a statutory warranty?

Can I pay in installments?
Yes, installment payments from 3 to 60 months are possible via our partner easyCredit-Ratenkauf. Please note that the payment option is tied to a successful credit and background check by easyCredit and is therefore only unlocked during the ordering process. (Sometimes customers write that the payment option is not displayed because they failed the background check).
Can I return the bike if it doesn't fit?
Yes, you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. More about this here.
Can I also pick up or test the bike at your store?
Yes, you can pick up your bike at our store in Gengenbach in the Black Forest or arrange an appointment for a personal handover. Book an appointment.
