You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

- on which you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more items from as part of a single order and these are delivered together;

- on the date on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided that you have ordered several items from as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online by clicking a button labelled accordingly (“Withdraw from contract” or similar ) on our website (www.staterabikes.de). If you use this online function, we will immediately send you, on a durable medium (e.g. by email), a confirmation of receipt containing information on the content of the withdrawal notice as well as the date and time of its receipt.

You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another unambiguous statement electronically on our website (www.staterabikes.de) . If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs ( with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us ), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract via . We will use the same payment method for this refund as you used for the original transaction at , unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will charge you any fees in connection with this refund.

We may withhold the refund for goods that can be sent by parcel post until we have received these goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

We will collect the goods that cannot be sent by post.

You must return or hand over the goods that can be sent by parcel post to us without delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us via of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you post the goods that can be sent by parcel post before the 14-day period expires.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel post. You shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel post, amounting to 50 EUR.

You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to check their condition, characteristics and functionality.

Grounds for exclusion or expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
- for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be exceeded rapidly;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the time the contract was concluded, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the contract was concluded and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the trader has no influence;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts

- for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods where, due to their nature, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery .
