A new era of e-bikes has begun. The new NEAT is a Mondraker bike through and through. It is perfectly at home in a new category that is literally crying out for the Mondraker stamp of approval.
Three years ago, we launched a new project with an ambitious mission: to develop a new generation of e-bikes that would redefine the current concept of the mountain bike. A new category that means more speed, lightness and, above all, more fun. Powerful in drive yet quiet on the trail. Stable at high speed yet agile off-road. We call that mission NEAT, and it was the cornerstone of the first Light e-MTB in our company’s history. The brand-new Mondraker NEAT is powered by the TQ-HPR50 motor and fed by an integrated, removable 360Wh battery. Light e-MTB fun without compromise, but with all Mondraker technologies, and weighing under 18kg. Mission accomplished. Now it’s your turn.
All NEAT models are based on the same frame made from STEALTH AIR CARBON and the TQ-HPR50 drive with its integrated yet removable 360Wh battery. There are three trim levels: the NEAT R, NEAT RR and the top-of-the-range NEAT RR SL. All three models share a Fox Float X shock for 150mm of rear travel, a Fox 36 fork with 160mm of travel, 4-piston brakes and Maxxis Minion DHF and DHR tyres with EXO+ casing.
The NEAT is the perfect combination of our two signature models: the FOXY Carbon Enduro Bike and the Crafty Carbon e-MTB Enduro Bike. Its distinctive aesthetics, technology and unrivalled performance on the trail make the NEAT the benchmark for modern light e-MTBs.
The NEAT embodies what we understand to be the definition of the light e-MTB category and combines it with our very own MONDRAKER DNA:
- The fusion of non-motorised enduro bikes with ‘full power’ e-MTBs.
- The result is a 150mm enduro bike with a 160mm fork and enough motor power to make every ride even more fun. Lightweight, but not at any cost.
This bike arrives (almost) fully assembled. All you need to do is straighten the handlebars and fit the pedals.

Safety information for bicycles, e-bikes and children’s bikes

Component inspection: Regularly check safety-critical components such as the frame, fork, handlebars, seat post and brakes for damage. Do not use the bicycle if there are any visible defects.
Maximum load capacity : Observe the weight restrictions for the total weight (bicycle, rider, load and, where applicable, trailer). You will find the specifications in the manufacturer’s information.
Proper use : Only use the bicycle or e-bike within the intended category of use. Improper use leads to safety risks.
Accessories and modifications : Only use approved accessories such as child seats or trailers, and do not make any unauthorised modifications, particularly to the drive system of e-bikes.
3. Special instructions for e-bikes
Battery and charging:
Only use batteries and chargers approved by the manufacturer.
Charge the battery in safe locations and in accordance with the temperature specifications.
Remove the battery before transporting the e-bike.
Electric assistance:
Familiarise yourself with the assistance modes and the push assist function. Test the e-bike first in a safe environment, particularly with varying loads or on difficult terrain.
Running-in disc brakes:
Run in new brakes before your first long ride to ensure optimum braking performance.
Transport guidelines:
When transporting the bike, follow the manufacturer’s instructions and comply with legal regulations.

4. Special safety rules for children’s bicycles
Duty of supervision: Children may only use bicycles under the supervision of a responsible adult.
Suitable size and equipment : Ensure that the bicycle is age-appropriate and that all safety features (e.g. brakes, reflectors, chain guard) are in good working order.
Loading and accessories : Securely attach child seats and luggage racks and ensure that the load capacity is not exceeded.
5. Care and maintenance

6. What to do after your ride
Document any damage : If there is any visible damage or malfunction, the bicycle must not be used any further. Have it checked by a specialist workshop.
Avoid hot components : Avoid contact with hot components such as brake discs or drive units to prevent burns.
