Whether you want to assemble your bike yourself, simply take it away fully assembled, or would like a detailed briefing and personalised basic setup, you’ll find the right package here.

Shipping
Germany and Abroad
Shipping is ideal for you if you want your bike conveniently delivered to your home and the final assembly (usually straightening the handlebars, mounting pedals & inserting the front wheel) is no problem for you.
Your bike will be shipped securely packed in a box. You will receive a specific delivery date from the shipping company.
Premium Handover
30 min expert time on-site
The Premium Handover is our recommendation for you if you don't just want to pick up your new bike, but want to start optimally prepared.
In a personal 30-minute appointment, one of our customer advisors takes time for you. You get your bike fully assembled, extensively explained, and adjusted to your ergonomics. This way, you can start your first ride safely, comfortably, and without any open questions.
Direct Pickup
*Only applies to our special models
Direct pickup is ideal for you if you want to pick up your Limited model directly from us on-site and take it with you immediately, but do not require extensive advice or individual setup.
This option applies exclusively to our selected special models: Kalkhoff Entice 3 LTD, Focus Atlas 6 LTD, and BMC Roadmachine LTD. Your bike is already fully assembled and ready for pickup.
