Suspension Fork
Whether you need a repair or a service to bring back the old performance of your suspension fork, we take care of your FOX or RockShox fork with a small service or complete maintenance.
Shock
Your FOX or RockShox suspension also benefits from a service. Here too, we offer either a small air can service or maintenance, where fresh oils and lubricants are used and all seals are replaced.
Seatpost
Dropper posts have become indispensable on modern (e-)mountain bikes. We also recommend a regular service here to ensure in the long term that your seatpost works as perfectly as on the first day.
Why is suspension maintenance important?
Regular suspension maintenance ensures that suspension forks, shock absorbers and seat posts function reliably and retain their sensitive responsiveness. Wear, dirt and old lubricants can noticeably impair performance and lead to damage in the long run. With timely maintenance, you ensure greater control, a more comfortable ride and a longer service life for your suspension.
Minor service vs. major service
The minor service is designed for regular maintenance and helps to maintain the long-term functionality and performance of your suspension. The major service goes much further and involves a more comprehensive overhaul of components that have been heavily used or have not been serviced for some time. This not only keeps your suspension smooth and reliable, but also protects it from increased wear and tear in the long term.

FAQ's
When is it a good idea to service a suspension fork?
At the very latest when your fork no longer responds smoothly, the front end becomes imprecise, or the rebound and compression damping no longer function properly. A quick fork service every 50 hours of use helps prevent wear and tear and subsequent damage.
When do I need a major suspension service?
If you hear smacking noises, settings no longer work, or your suspension has noticeably lost performance. Depending on the manufacturer and usage, a major service is usually recommended after 125 to 200 hours of operation.
Do you also offer shock absorber service?
Yes. We offer both basic and comprehensive shock services for FOX and RockShox. As part of these services, we inspect, clean, and service the air chamber, seals, and—depending on the scope of the service—the internal components.
Do you also offer service for seat posts?
Yes. We also service Vario seatposts like RockShox Reverb, Fox Transfer, and X-Fusion. If your dropper post is sagging, feels stiff, or doesn't retract smoothly, it's a good idea to have it serviced.
Do I need to remove the component?
You can bring in your fork, shock, or dropper post individually, or drop off your entire bike by arrangement. If removal and installation are required, we’ll discuss the additional costs with you upfront in a transparent manner.
