Our range
At STATERA, we offer a wide range of different (e-)bikes. City and trekking bikes, road bikes, gravel bikes and mountain bikes – with or without a motor – are all available for you to test ride. As well as premium brands such as Santa Cruz, Mondraker, Focus, BMC Switzerland, Kalkhoff, Cérvelo, Hercules, Cube and Flyer, we also stock special models developed in close collaboration with the manufacturers. As well as buying a bike, you can kit yourself out with the right cycling clothing and accessories from us. To ensure your bike is ready for the road, you can fit it with a bike lock, basket, pedals and a kickstand. In our clothing section, you’ll find the leading brands for jerseys, cycling shorts, protective gear, shoes, helmets and more.
We’re here to advise you
To help you find your way around our huge showroom – which features an average of around 200 bikes across more than 1,400 square metres – our friendly team of advisors is on hand to assist you. Together, we’ll find the perfect bike for your needs. Our team of experts stands out thanks to their specialist knowledge and first-hand experience in the areas of gravel, MTB, city bikes, road bikes, as well as clothing and accessories, and can answer any questions you may have about your new bike.

Test ride
The entire range of bikes in our shop is available to you without restriction for a test ride lasting up to 30 minutes. Here, you can test the ride feel and the frame size you’ve chosen, and ride on roads, gravel and even rougher terrain in the Gengenbach area.
Handover
After your purchase, when you collect your bike from our 545qm handover lounge, you can enjoy a 30-minute, personalised briefing on your bike. Our handover team will focus specifically on the function and operation of the display and battery, and will tailor everything to your needs. Here, you’ll have time for a test ride and we’ll answer any final questions you may have.
Alternatively, we can simply deliver your bike straight to your doorstep. For our special models from Kalkhoff and Focus, we even offer a ‘take-away’ service. We have a number of bikes fully assembled and ready for you in our handover lounge.

Service
At our workshop, we don’t just carry out repairs and servicing; we also offer personalised advice and bespoke solutions for all your cycling needs. Our service team treats every bike as if it were their own.
Tobi & Tobi, our two service advisers, are the first point of contact for our customers on matters such as servicing, repairs, inspections, spare parts and accessories.
