Payment and Delivery

Payment :

We accept the following payment methods. You can select these when completing your order.

• Payment via PayPal
• Payment via PayPal Express
• Payment via PayPal (credit card, direct debit, invoice where applicable)
• Payment by prepayment/bank transfer.
• Payment by instalments with easyCredit (This payment method is only available within Germany.)
• Payment by invoice via easyCredit (This payment method is only available within Germany.)
• Payment by credit card (VISA or MasterCard)
• Payment via Apple Pay
• Payment via Google Pay

Delivery :

• We deliver bikes via the freight forwarder or the parcel service DHL.
• When fitting the pedals, please note that there is a left and a right side. The first four to five threads should be able to be screwed in by hand; once you’ve done this, you’ll have the correct pedal on the correct side.
  

Postage costs within Germany for items that can be sent as parcels

:

• We offer free delivery within Germany for orders totalling 99 euros or more.
• For orders under 99 euros, we charge a flat-rate delivery fee of 6.90 euros

Postage costs within Germany for bulky goods (bicycles):

• The delivery charges for bulky goods to Germany are 49 euros per bicycle.

Delivery charges to Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Spain and the Czech Republic for goods that can be sent as parcels

:

• The delivery charges for goods that can be sent as parcels to Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Spain and the Czech Republic are €9.90 for orders totalling €99 or more.
• For orders under 99 euros, we charge a flat-rate delivery fee of 14.90 euros

Delivery charges Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Spain and the Czech Republic for bulky goods (bicycles):

• The delivery charges for bulky goods to Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Spain and the Czech Republic are 69 euros per bicycle.

Delivery times

Unless a different timeframe is specified in the relevant offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 5–6 working days (in the case of agreed prepayment, this period begins from the time your payment instruction is received). Deliveries abroad take approximately 5 working days longer.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment

When paying by invoice, the invoice amount must be settled within 15 days.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
