Payment and shipping

Payment:

We accept the following payment methods. You can select these when completing the order.

• Payment via PayPal
• Payment via PayPal Express
• Payment via PayPal (credit card, Direct debit, if necessary Invoice)
• Payment in advance/bank transfer.
• Payment by instalment purchase with easyCredit instalment purchase (please note, collection is not possible here, the order must be sent to the billing address) This payment method is only possible within Germany.
• Payment by invoice with easyCredit invoice purchase (please note that collection is not possible here, the order must be sent to the billing address) This payment method is only possible within Germany.
• Payment by credit card (VISA or MasterCard)

Shipping:

• We deliver bikes via the shipping company or the parcel service DHL.
• Please note when attaching the pedals that there is a left and a right side. The first four to five threads should be screwed in by hand, then you have the right pedal on the right side.
  

Shipping costs Germany for parcel-ready goods:

• We deliver free shipping within Germany from an order value of 99 euros.
• For orders under €99.- we charge a flat-rate freight fee of 6.90 euros

Shipping costs Germany for bulky goods (bicycles):

• The shipping costs for bulky goods deliveries to Germany are 39 euros per bike.

Shipping costs Austria, France, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg for parcel-ready goods:

• The shipping costs for parcel-capable goods to Austria, France, Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg (excluding island delivery) from an order value of 99 euros are 9.90 euros.
• For orders under 99 euros, we charge a flat-rate freight fee of 14,90 euros

Shipping costs Austria, France, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg for bulky goods (bicycles):

• The shipping costs for bulky goods deliveries to Austria, France, Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg are 59 euros per bike.

Delivery times

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 5 - 6 working days,  (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).

Note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment

The invoice amount must be settled within 15 days if payment is made on account.

When paying by SEPA Core Direct Debit or SEPA Business-to-Business Direct Debit, you authorise us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that your account has sufficient funds on the announced date.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
