We will accept your used (e-)bike as a trade-in!
We will now accept your used e-bike as a trade-in, regardless of the model or brand. You can then either offset the value against the purchase of a new (e-)bike or we will transfer the amount to you. In addition, when you purchase a used (e-)bike, you will receive a 12-month warranty, excluding wear parts.
How to sell your
used bike
If you would like to sell your used bike, simply send us an email at altrad@staterabikes.de. We need the year of manufacture, mileage, model and information about any damage to the bike, as well as a photo showing the entire bike. Don't live nearby? No problem, we don't need to inspect the bike in person. We will discuss everything else with you directly!
