We’ll take your used (e-)bike in part exchange!
We’re now accepting your used e-bike in part exchange – whatever the model or brand. You can then either offset the value against the purchase of a new (e-)bike or we’ll transfer the amount to you. What’s more, when you buy a used (e-)bike, you’ll receive a 12-month warranty, excluding wear-and-tear parts.
How to get a quote for your bike
If you’d like to sell your second-hand bike, simply send us an email at altrad@staterabikes.de. We’ll need the year of manufacture, the mileage, the model and details of any damage to the bike, as well as a photo showing the bike in its entirety.
Don’t live nearby? No problem – we don’t need to inspect the bike in person. We’ll discuss everything else directly with you!

New: Mobility Service
With our new Mobility Service, your workshop appointment is now even more relaxed. From now on, you can simply drop off your bicycle at our STATERA Outlet in Offenburg during regular opening hours (Thu-Sat). We will then bring it to our workshop in Gengenbach, take care of the service, and once completed, you can conveniently pick your bike up again in Offenburg. We still recommend booking an appointment with our workshop in advance to be on the safe side.
This saves you the hassle of loading it into your car or onto a bike rack and allows you to start your workshop appointment easily right on site in Offenburg.
