Reliability has a name, and that name is: Cube Kathmandu Hybrid SLX. We’ve fitted Schwalbe Marathon Efficiency tyres to its Newmen Performance 30 wheels, which roll smoothly over both poor road surfaces in the city and rough country lanes. Equally comfortable: the adjustable stem, the suspension-equipped parallelogram seatpost and a Fox 34 AWL Float suspension fork. Luggage and other loads can be carried on our elegant yet sturdy and versatile integrated IC 3.0 luggage rack. On top of that, it comes fully kitted out with accessories. What’s more, the 800 Wh PowerTube battery ensures that the Bosch CX drive, with up to 100 Nm of torque, never runs out of juice prematurely. Last but not least, we’ve fitted the bike with hydraulic Shimano XT 4-piston disc brakes and an electronic Shimano XT Di2 12-speed groupset – for a ride that’s as dynamic as it is safe!

The low-step frame of the Cube Kathmandu Hybrid lives up to its name, making getting on and off the bike a breeze so you can get straight into the adventure! But there’s more: for example, the Bosch CX motor, which is aesthetically and seamlessly integrated into the design along with the 800 Wh PowerTube battery, and our Efficient Comfort Geometry, which works in perfect harmony with the 100 mm suspension fork to optimise control, especially in challenging conditions. Add to that the internal cable routing, which emphasises the clean look of the chassis. What else? A versatile, almost indestructible UDH for easy spare part availability, an integrated chain guard and our stable, robust, exceptionally stylish integrated IC 3.0 luggage rack, which has room for everything you need on an exploratory tour.

This bike arrives (almost) fully assembled. All you need to do is straighten the handlebars and fit the pedals.
