Wow - Radfahren next Level!
Ich habe 2 dieser Räder (48cm und 43cm) gekauft als Neueinsteiger im E-Bike-Sektor. Freizeitradeln war schon immer auf dem Plan bei uns, insofern kam dieser Schritt sowohl überlegt als auch ein wenig spontan.
Lieferung:
Hier muss ich sagen, dass das gesamte Einkaufserlebnis von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung kritiklos und vor allem transparent war. Ich war über alle Zwischenschritte als Kunde informiert, für die Lieferung seitens der Spedition konnte ich online einen Wunschtermin buchen, was absolut mega geklappt hat.
Rad:
Boah, einfach nur mega, wir lieben unsere neuen Räder! An der Kalkhoff-Qualität gibts nicht wirklich etwas zu rütteln - wobei, apropos "rütteln": Bei meinem Rad hatte sich bereits auf der ersten Fahrt eine Schraube der Fixierung des vorderen Schutzblechs gelöst und schwups lag sie auch schon unterwegs im Nirgendwo. Notlösung: ein paar Grashalme durch die Löcher gefädelt und verknotet - hielt für den letzten Kilometer bis nach Hause. Nachdem ich hier bei Statera ein Ticket geöffnet habe (bei Problemen ist dies der wichtigste Schritt, nicht einfach eine Mail schreiben), wurde mir schnell geholfen und die verlorene Schraube nebst Anbauteilen zugeschickt. Was ich damit sagen will: Nach der Lieferung sollte man ruhig nochmals alle Schraubverbindungen prüfen, wobei man hier auf die Drehmomente schon ein wenig achten sollte - denn nach "fest" kommt ja bekanntlich "kaputt"...
Das Rad an sich fährt sich absolut klasse, der erste "Ritt" lief unerfahrenerweise im Auto-Modus, da geht natürlich die Post ab und man ist gefühlt sofort schockverliebt ins neue Gefährt! Schnell waren aber dann auch die anderen Modi getestet, nach dem aktuellen Bosch-Update sind so meine Standard-Modi neben Eco+ noch Tour+ sowie Auto (wenn es mal wirklich zäh bergauf geht und man sich sagt "ach, das gönne ich mir jetzt"). Die erste Tour lief über knappe 45km, der Akku wurde hier um ca. 38% ärmer. Mit der Fahrweise steht und fällt natürlich der Akkuverbrauch, auf geraden Strecken schalte ich auch ab und zu komplett aus, wobei ich da dann kaum einen Unterschied zum vorher eingestellten Eco+ spüre. Bis 25 km/h spürt man sehr deutlich gerade im Auto-Modus den sehr eindrucksvollen Vorschub des Motors, darüber hinaus spürt man natürlich sehr deutlich die allein durch Muskelkraft weiter zu bewegende Masse des Rades - hier sind die ca. 25kg aber absolut im Rahmen. Wer es leichter will, sollte bei Carbonrädern Ausschau halten - schwerere Räder sind aber ebenso kein Problem. Die Entice 5 Räder hier stellen für mich persönlich einen schon gefühlt pefekten Kompromiss unter Einsatz vernünftiger und auch hochwertiger Teile dar.
Mein erster Step noch vor der ersten Fahrt war jedoch der Austausch des Sattels, da ich keine Lust auf die allseits bekannten Taubheitsgefühle des Allerwertesten und seines "Umlandes" hatte. Da unsere Touren selten unter 40km, eher im Bereich 60km liegen, habe ich für beide Räder einen markant größeren Sattel montiert. Das war eine sehr zu empfehlende Idee, nach über 60km und knapppen 4 Stunden im Sattel gibt es keinerlei Taubheitsgefühle oder gar Schmerzen. Das Fahrgefühl an sich ist ein sehr sicheres, die hydraulischen Bremsen hauen echt gut rein, das Schalten läuft ausgesprochen sauber und sicher über die Bühne. Das verbaute Rahmenschloss von ABUS habe ich noch um eine entsprechende Einsteckkette erweitert sowie ein weiteres zusätzliches Schloss mit Sold Secure Gold Level angeschafft. Im Rad sind nun auch mehrere AirTags (Apple und Android) versteckt, über eine Alarmanlage denke ich ebenso noch nach wie über die Nachrüstung des Bosch Connect-Moduls.
Sehr gut geschlagen hat sich das Rad auf so ziemlich allen Pisten bisher - vom Asphalt über unbefestigte Waldwege bis zur Offroad-Tour mit abschüssigen Schotterpiste mit so ziemlich allen Schikanen war bis jetzt alles dabei. Man sollte natürlich immer ein wenig vorausschauend fahren, gerade was die Wahl des Gangs und des Fahrmodus angeht.
Für unsere Touren habe ich anfangs das KIOX-300 in Verbindung mit der Flow-App gern genutzt, habe aber nun den bekannten Smartphone-Grip in seiner drehbaren Version nachgerüstet und nutze nun das Handy zur Navigation, was natürlich wesentlich besser funktioniert. Auch nutze ich inzwischen gern eine andere App zur Tourenplanung (Cyclers, da kann ich auf dem Tablet mit dem Stift super die Tourenvorschläge um meine gewünschten Teilabschnitte ändern, die App berechnet dann die gewünschte Route neu) und zur Navigation auf dem Handy. Das KIOX zeigt mir dann die anderen gewünschten Daten an, so habe ich im Prinzip alles auf einen Blick.
Der Ständer könnte tatsächlich eine ganz kleine Ecke länger sein, mir wäre mein Rad beinahe einmal umgefallen. Also beim Abstellen (gerade auf unebenen Flächen!) auf festen Stand prüfen. Die Beleuchtung ist anstandslos hell und bequem über die LED-Remote schaltbar, die Schiebehilfe hatten wir auch schon im Wald im Einsatz: super Erfindung!
Die Akkus lade ich separat im Haus, hier werde ich noch eine kleine Eigenerfindung vornehmen, die das Ladegerät beim Aufleuchten der fünften LED (also bei groben 80%) abschaltet, da ein permanentes "Vollpumpen" des Akkus auf den Maximallevel von 100% auf Langzeit gesehen weniger empfohlen wird und man mit 80% locker auch seine 60km-Touren veranstalten kann.
Ja, das Rad hier war für uns definitiv eine absolute 5-Sterne-Aktion, der Preis ist absolut fair, bei Statera als Händler habe ich ein durchweg positives Gefühl aus den gemachten Erfahrungen heraus, ich kann die Geschichte hier mit bestem Gewissen wärmstens empfehlen und gebe dem Rad sowie Statera jeweils sehr gern die vollen 5 (von 5) Sterne und schicke ein dickes DANKE nach Dengenbach :)

Gutes Preis,- Leistungsverhältnis
Das Fahrrad hat eine gute Ausstattung (Systemkomponenten). Gute Federung, Federgabel und Federsattelstütze. Die Bereifung ist für viele Bodenbeschaffenheiten geeignet. Durch den Tiefeneinstieg bequem zu Handhaben. Es dient zur Stadtfahrt genau so gut, wie eine Fahrt auf unebenen Terrain.

Important safety information for your e-bike
Reading the safety information does not release you from the obligation to read and observe the operating instructions! Failure to observe the operating instructions can lead to dangerous riding situations, falls, accidents and damage to property.

I. Your specialist dealer
Do not use the E-Bike until your specialist dealer has adjusted it to your requirements and tightened all screws as specified. Let them show you how to operate the E-Bike.
Contact your specialist dealer if you are unable to carry out the work on your E-Bike described in the instructions yourself, if you feel unsure or if you do not have the right tools.

III Before the first ride
Only use the E-Bike if you are sure that it is working properly, all parts are fully functional and all screws are tightened to the correct torque.
Familiarise yourself with the markings on your e-bike. Do not remove the barcode sticker and the type plate. They contain important information about your E-bike >> see original general operating instructions Chapter 10.4 Barcode sticker and Chapter 10.5 Type plate.
Only use the E-Bike in accordance with our instructions. Otherwise, components may fail and you could be seriously injured.
Comply with the restrictions of the specified utilisation class. You can find out which utilisation class your E-bike is approved for by looking at the graphic on the E-bike frame >> see original operating instructions General chapter 10.7 Intended use.
Do not exceed the permissible total weight (total weight=E-bike weight + rider weight + payload + trailer) >> see original general operating instructions 12. permissible total weight.
Observe our specifications for transporting people and loads >> see original General User Manual Chapter 31. Luggage.
Do not exceed the load capacity of the front wheel and rear wheel luggage carriers. The maximum load capacity is engraved on the pannier rack >> see the original General User Manual, Chapter 30. Pannier rack.
It is not permitted to mount child seats on luggage carriers of E-bikes with a load capacity of less than 27 kg. The use of child seats with the MIK HD system may be permitted on our MIK HD luggage carriers. If you have any questions in this regard, please contact your specialist dealer or the child seat manufacturer.
Do not make any changes to the drive system of the E-Bike. If the cut-off speed exceeds 25 km/h and/or the speed of the pushing aid exceeds 6 km/h, your E-bike will be subject to registration and insurance >> see original operating instructions General Chapter 7 Legal requirements for participation in road traffic.
Do not exceed the period of use of the components.
Observe the legal regulations applicable in the respective country for the use of the E-bike on public roads and equip your E-bike in accordance with the legal requirements of the country in which you intend to ride >> see the original General User Manual Chapter 7. Observe the requirements of the legislator, the transport companies and the operating instructions for E-bike transport. Remove the battery before transporting the E-bike >> see the original General User Manual, Chapter 32 Transporting the bike.
Familiarise yourself with the operation of quick-releases. The quick-releases must be closed correctly. If you are not sure, ask your specialist dealer to show you how to use them >> see the original General User Manual, Chapter 27 Wheels and Chapter 17.1.2 Fastening with quick release.
The seat post must be at least 10 cm deep in the seat tube. The minimum insertion depth of 10 cm also applies if lower minimum insertion depths are specified in the component instructions or on the seat post itself.
Familiarise yourself initially with the riding and braking behaviour as well as the electric assistance modes and the push assistance (if available), especially with different loads, wet conditions and loose surfaces >> see original operating instructions General Chapter 14 Before your first ride and >> original operating instructions E-bike Chapter Drive Unit - Operation and Chapter Display - Push assistance.
If you have purchased an E-Bike with disc brakes, make sure that the brakes are applied before the first long ride. Braking serves to achieve optimum braking performance and minimise unpleasant noises.
IV. Before each journey >> see original operating instructions General Chapter 15 Before each journey.
Check the following in particular before every ride:
Frame, fork, handlebar/stem unit, seat post, saddle and drive unit for possible damage,
the correct function of brakes, steering, drive unit and lights,
the tight fit of the handlebars, stem, seat post, saddle, wheels, mudguards, quick-releases and pedals, and
the tyre pressure. The tyre pressure must be neither too high nor too low.
In the event of damage (e.g. bent components, cracks, scoring and colour changes in high-stress areas) and malfunctions, have the E-bike repaired by your specialist dealer and have defective components replaced before using it again.
V. After the ride
Be careful not to burn yourself when touching heated components (e.g. brake discs, drive unit, headlights).

Only use undamaged and unmodified batteries and chargers.
Observe the specifications for charging and using the battery, in particular with regard to the ambient temperature and the location of the charging process.

Do not clean the E-Bike and its components with a high-pressure cleaner.
VIII. Assembly and adjustment work
Switch off the E-Bike and remove the E-Bike battery during assembly and adjustment work.
Observe the specified tightening torques (Nm) on the components and in the operating instructions. Use a torque spanner >> see original operating instructions General Chapter 13. Tightening torques for screw connections.
Never clamp the saddle in the bends of the saddle frame, but always in the straight area. Only move the saddle within the straight area and within the marking. Turn the clamping bolts straight and fully into the nuts >> see original operating instructions General Chapter 18. Adjusting the saddle position and tilt.
Contact your specialist dealer to adjust the suspension elements.
Do not open the electronic components.
Only use original spare parts when replacing components and wearing parts. In addition to original spare parts, compatible parts expressly authorised by us may also be used. Your specialist dealer can help you if you have any questions.
IX. Maintenance intervals >> see original operating instructions General 39. maintenance intervals
Have the E-Bike checked and serviced regularly by a specialist dealer in accordance with our specifications in order to avoid hazards (e.g. due to wear and tear).
The first maintenance interval should take place at the latest after 100 kilometres or after six weeks from the date of purchase. The next maintenance should then be carried out every 1000 kilometres or annually.
Replace the seat post after 14000 kilometres (maintenance interval 8), unless the seat post manufacturer specifies a different interval in its instructions. The components must be replaced regardless of the material and whether a defect, cracks or damage can be seen from the outside. If the seat post is not replaced in good time, it can break and cause you to fall heavily.
