Conditions of participation

The organiser of the "Game of Bike" campaign is LinkRadQuadrat GmbH and is carried out in cooperation with BLUE FACTORYTEAM S.L.U.. In the following "STATERA Bikes" and "Mondraker". By participating in the promotion, participants accept the following conditions of participation:

Participation

Persons over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation is only possible in their own name. Participation is open to all persons residing in Germany or Austria. Participation is possible by fulfilling all the requirements stated in the article
Anyone who purchases a Mondraker E-MTB or MTB (Raze, Foxy, Superfoxy, Summum, NEAT, Crafty, Level) from STATERA Bikes in a stationary shop or in the online shop by 15 August at the latest is eligible to participate. Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Realisation of the competition

Promotion period: The promotion begins on Wednesday, 17 July 2024 and ends on 15 August 2024. All buyers of the models mentioned will automatically be entered into the prize draw. .
Notification of winners: The selected participants will be notified by email or telephone immediately after their purchase, but no later than 16 August. The winners must confirm their participation in the event by 23 August at the latest. In the event of non-confirmation, the organiser reserves the right to give the place to another participant.
Costs: The costs for accommodation during the event will be covered by STATERA Bikes. Personal expenses, travel to and from the event and additional services are not included. The costs for the preparation and provision of the test bikes will be borne by Mondraker.
Cancellation: Participants who are unable to take part in the event are obliged to inform the organiser as early as possible, but no later than 23 August, so that other interested parties can take part.
Exclusion of liability: The organiser is not liable for any damage caused by participation in the event, unless this damage is due to gross negligence or intent on the part of the organiser. All participants take part at their own risk.

Data protection

By taking part in the competition, participants accept STATERA Bikes' terms and conditions and data protection provisions. The participants' personal data collected as part of the promotion will be used exclusively for the purpose of organising the promotion and will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the implementation of the promotion, and consent to the storage and processing of personal data can be revoked at any time by sending an email to caroline.grau@staterabikes.de. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision. German law shall apply. For reasons of better readability, the masculine form is generally used for all terms.
